How We Work
Work Process

Consultation
We start with an in-depth discussion about your needs. We will ask where you are moving from, where you are going, when, how many items and many other questions unique to you and your move. If we are in the area, we may offer a walk though or request pictures to verify the needs. We will discuss what options would be a good fit and why.

Quote
Next, we will take the information you provided and build you a custom quote. Do you have additional questions or changes, let us know!

Execution
Finally, moving day approaches and our previously agreed upon plan is executed. We like to keep in close contact so you always know what to expect and where your items are. We never sublet to bigger companies who may mix your items in with others. We also have a very quick turn around. When moving from another area, as soon as we are loaded we head straight to the destination so you do not have to wait days for your delivery.

Nohe and his team did an amazing job getting us moved during the snowstorm! We had 2 other moving companies that couldn’t get their truck up our driveway. About 3 1/2 years ago we moved to Boise. Is it possible to change my date?
Absolutely, as long as you provide us with a minimum of a few days’ notice, you can adjust your date up to two times without any additional charges.

How does the billing process work?
We accept cash, check, card, Venmo, PayPal or CashApp.
How soon can we schedule?
We normally have availability to schedule you same day if needed. We try to be flexible as we know many times moves need to be done within a specific time frame.
